Substitute 1/2 cup oats into the flour.

Use 1/2 a ripe banana instead of sugar.

The oil is swapped out for carrot-applesauce (applesauce made with stewed carrots and apples).

Top with (accidentally purchased, ridiculously expensive, organic) raspberries, butter, and honey.

Our morning-after-Thanskgiving breakfast is complete.

Yum.
